The Wagner Falcons
were denied a chance to defend their City Title after an unblemished
8-0 season. As a note, Adams went on to win the title- they
were Victim #2 this year. The fortitude that the 1987 Falcons
showed became one of the building blocks for one of the most
celebrated high school programs in New York City history.
DENIED, BUT NOT DEFEATED!!! |
