Falcons totally dominated the Pirates limiting them to 72 total
yds, all of which came with the game out of reach. Torrence
Varvaro(1 sack), Jarrel Carrol(1 sack), Arthur Newcombe(1 sack),
Karl Muszel, Craig Browne, and Ryan Bennet held the Pirates
to -3 yds rushing, while William Benjamin had 2 interceptions.
Ramael Myers had 163 yds rushing and 2 TDs while Johnell Beckum
returned to the line up with one rushing TD. Joe Yoffredo was
9/16 for 107 yds. The victory gave Wagner its 12th Staten Island
title in the last 13 years. |

a 44 yd TD run. The recievers all had a big day. Don Jafeez
caught 7 passes for 69 yds(1TD), Ryan Bennett had 4 for 59 yds,
Johnelle Beckum had 3 for 44 yds(1TD), William Benjamin caught
3 for 39 yds(1TD) and Pat Rosales hauled in 2 for 32 yds(1TD).
Another shutout was posted by the defense, this time led by
the secondary. Arthur Newcombe, Rosales, and Jafeez all recorded
interceptions. |

Beckum finished with 3 receptions for 92 yards and Ramael
Myers ended up with 84 yards rushing, but it wasn't enough
as a few unfortunate plays cost them the game. The loss cut
short the season of one of the most determined and big-hearted
teams to ever wear the blue.
